The North Andover Youth Center only receives some financial support from the town. All other funding for programs and maintenance is dependant on your help.

Youth Center Ice Rink - NOW OPEN!

Our third annual outdoor ice rink is now open! What does this mean for members? It means fun events like curling and an ice hockey tournament and a great place to skate around after school. But the rink isn't just for members... All North Andover residents are welcome to use the rink, for free! We ask that all users of the rink follow our rules, which can be found on our Ice Rink page, along with more information and pictures. See you on the ice!

Introducing the 2016 "Knight to Shine" event.   This event is our new major fundraiser formerly known as the "Taste of North Andover".   Join us at DiBurro's in Haverhill as we enjoy a night together in support of our amazing North Andover Youth Center.   Click here for more details .

Winter Programs!
Check out the programs we are offering this winter! We are offering a variety of programs, from field trips to community service groups to recreation activities. Our winter season starts Monday November 30th, and members can sign up for many programs online or pass in a registration form at the front desk!

Memberships are open to middle school and high school students (residents of No. Andover) and cost $100 for the membership year of September 2015 - August 2016. Students need to have a membership to visit the Youth Center!

Our membership form for the 2015-16 school year is available here! We will begin accepting new memberships on the first day of school, Tuesday, September 8th! There is online registration available for the annual membership,  also available beginning September 8th!

Teen Job Fair - Tuesday, March 29th!

Teens, are you looking for a summer job or community service opportunity? Join us at our Teen Job Fair on Tuesday, March 29th from 5:00-7:00pm at the Youth Center! NAYRS wants to help connect North Andover teens to local employers looking for good help!

NAYRS News is our newsletter where you can find everything you need to know about programs, events, dances and more! In this February 1st edition you can read articles written by some of our Youth Center members about our winter programs and events, including the 8th Grade Dress-Up Dance and our Outdoor Ice Rink!

Brooks Public Skating

Public skating at the Dansforth Gymnasium at Brooks School is open Sundays from 6:45-8:40pm from Sunday November 1st - February 28th. $3 per person. No skate rentals available!

Get Ready to Dance!

 TEENCO dances are at the Youth Center and the events are for North Andover residents only. Dances cost $7 for Youth Center members, $10 for 6th Grade non-members and $12 for 7th/8th Grade non-members. Please bring your card to every dance. The Youth Center closes at 4:45 p.m. on dance nights.

Saturdays at the Youth Center - Welcome 4th & 5th Graders!


Saturdays from 1:00 - 4:00! This time slot is for the 4th and 5th graders of North Andover to get their fill of the Youth Center and see what it is like for our older kids every day! This 3-hour block is their opportunity to come to the Center, see their friends from different schools, climb the rock wall, or take part in foosball, ping-pong, knockout tournaments and more!

The cost is $3.00 each Saturday when kids sign in at the front desk. The skate park is also open at this time for the 4th & 5th graders, weather permitting (when in season) and only with a signed skate waiver, which can be found at the front desk. Saturdays for the 2015-16 school year will take place from September 26th through mid-June. We will be closed on occasional Saturdays throughout the school year, please check our Saturday page for updates! We will be closed Saturday, February 20th for February Break!

Looking for Bands!
 ImageWe are in the process of gathering information from local bands to make our concert schedule for this summer. Our Concerts on the Common are held Sunday nights at 6pm on the Town Common during July and August. Youth Resource Guide

North Andover Youth & Recreation Services provides an information and referral guide for local therapists and counselors.  You can view the Resource Guide here.  It has also been made available to the Middle School and High School Guidance Counselors.

This booklet was recently updated in March 2014
and it is available to Parents, Students, Teachers and Guidance Counselors.
