The town wide Youth Council is comprised of high school students in grades 9 thru 12.  Members are selected through an application process and the students serve on the committee from September thru May.  Youth Council discusses major teen issues, performs community service projects, fundraisers, and acts as an advocacy group for all North Andover youth.  The Youth Council is facilitated by Ted Schruender and Kristen Breen.
